“The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives”
-Esther Perel, LMFT
Are you feeling lonely even when your partner is near? Are you in constant conflict with your partner, arguing over the same old things, feeling angry and misunderstood, never resolving your problems?
Are major life events or decisions putting a new strain on your relationship?
Have you and your partner lost the intimacy and trust in each other you once had?
Do you constantly blame yourself and feel inadequate as a parent, burnt out and frustrated with parental responsibilities?

Life can feel like a struggle when we feel disconnected from our loved ones. Therapy can help to get you connected again.

I can help you turn conflict into opportunities for healing and growth, learn new communication tools based on brain science, and restore empathy and passion. If there is genuine will from both partners to make things work, there is a very good chance of success. My approach is eclectic, relying on different therapeutic modalities to best address your needs. I integrate Imago Relationship Therapy with attachment theory and Gottman research, as well as using elements of Self-Compassion and other systemic approaches.
